Blue Marsden
Blue is a long time practitioner and teacher of Qigong with over 30 years experience of energetic practises.
He initially started practising Yoga as a teenager. In his early twenties his focus turned to martial arts and the Qigong styles that complemented this practise. However his interest and later career in psychotherapy and the healing arts soon led him to focus his study and practise on the mainly healing aspects of Qigong.
His teachers have included Chinese Qigong Masters, South East Asian Shaman as well as Tibetan and Indian meditation and spiritual teachers. Blue teaches several styles including shamanic animal, buddhist and taoist breathing and meditation, standing, heaven and earth and spontaneous movement for more advanced practitioners. He also teaches dragon and tiger and tai chi 18 which he recommends as a starting point for beginners
Amadis Cammell
Amadis has studied and practised Qigong since 1988. The style predominantly taught and practised in his classes is Dao Qigong although he has also studied a number of other systems. To his classes he brings knowledge gained from studying chinese medicine and philosophy and also his work as a western body centred therapist.
Amadis places a special emphasis on the changing of the seasons and Chinese five element theory which he incorporates into his teaching.
He has been teaching accupuncture and Chinese medicine since 1990 and is a member of the British accupuncture Council.
Margaret Miller
Margaret has been teaching the Hua Gong style for nearly twenty years. She practised and trained with Master Zhixing Wang overcoming a life threatening illness. Her teaching style is well known for being gentle and sensitive yet she is also adept at passing on a strong chi and healing transmission.
Her practise is also influenced by the teachings of Eckhart Tolle who has said:
'Margaret facilitates a strong transmission of chi, the bridge between form and formless'
At present Margaret teaches a regular class in Central London and workshops in Bristol and Yorkshire.
Ian Warder
Ian teaches several styles of Qigong including the highly effective Dragon and Tiger system and also Wu style Tai Chi considered to be a particularly healing form for the spine and joints.
He has been involved in 'energy' work for the last thirty years and was a Meditation Teacher for 12 years at the well known Berkeley Psychic Institute in California.
Ian is also a Mathematics Teacher who holds masters degrees from the Universities of Sussex and Oxford.
Besides his work as a secondary school teacher Ian currently runs Qigong classes in London and Hertfordshire. He has recently added a Saturday morning meditation class to the program.
Dr Shasha Li
A Harley Street Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist of many years standing, Dr Li is also an excellent Qigong teacher. Born and raised in China she teaches 'beauty qigong' and methods designed to preserve and enhance the sensory organs on a one to one basis. In her clinical work she specialises in dealing with gynecological problems and now runs her clinic in Edgware Road, Central London.
